Don't wait to ask for help until it's too late. Both TCC and Tarrant County offer services on campus and off campus to support your mental well-being.
Military veterans can find additional services under resources for veterans.
Services: Counseling offices are available at each of our five physical campus locations. In addition to academic advisement, our counselors are available to help you with personal and career concerns.
Student Accessibility Resources (SAR)
Services: SAR services are offered on each campus for enrolled students needing reasonable accommodations for a disability. SAR can also help if you are needing a referral for a possible evaluation to determine if you have a learning disability.
Services: Each campus maintains a health center to promote a positive and balanced lifestyle for an enhanced collegiate experience. Your campus health center provides referrals to health care specialists, health counseling and more.
TCC Police Department's Victim Assistance Unit
Services: Supports victims and their families by providing services designed to lessen trauma experienced as a direct result of victimization. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Services: Baylor treats adults 18 and over for psychiatric and/or addictive disorders in its Behavioral Health Outpatient Programs.
Services: Lena Pope Counseling offers services to children, adolescents and families for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse and disruptive behavior.

United Way of Tarrant County 2-1-1 Resource Directory
Services: When you need help, but don't know where to turn, call 2-1-1. A highly-trained information and referral specialist will listen to your needs and connect you with the right community organization or government agency. It's free and confidential.
